BlogTalkRadio would like to take this time to congratulation hostess with the mostest, FlyLady Marla Cilley, for reaching a monumental milestone. The FlyLady Mentor Yahoo group now boasts over 500,000 members from over 70 different countries!
Anyone who has tried to build up a community knows this is no small feat. In fact, Marla’s FlyLady group is the largest Yahoo group ever.
“I challenge everyone to throw away their dreams of perfection and just get things done,” said Marla. “My Yahoo! Group is a wonderful outlet to touch the lives of hundreds of thousands of people everyday, and in return I receive the gift of thanks from those whose lives have dramatically changed for the better.”
If you’re not familiar with our own FlyLady, Marla and her friends are empowering women all over the world to conquer the obstacles keeping them from operating at the top of their game. From overcoming “Mount Washmore” to getting kids to do homework as soon as they get home from school, Marla’s tips have decluttered many closets.
The timing couldn’t be better, either. Marla is hosting an event called FlyFest on October 4th in Dallas, Texas to celebrate this milestone and meet members of her vast Yahoo Group. Members of the BlogTalkRadio crew will be on hand to report live for those who can’t make it.
