Wilmer Valderrama on Ex-Lady Love Lindsay Lohan: ‘I Adore Her to Death’

Wilmer Valderrama stands by his gals—even the one he cut loose six years ago, who has since amounted to little more than a series of train wrecks.

Interviewed on Milling About, the That ‘70s Show star opens up about former flame Lindsay Lohan, who’s currently serving 13 days in L.A. County Jail for violating the terms of her probation from a DUI bust.

"I just hope that she gets through it," Wilmer (above) tells us of Lindsay's stretch in the slammer.

“She’s a very talented girl and I adore her to death,” Wilmer tells host Robin Milling.

“I love her to death. I love her. I love Lindsay very much and I know she’ll be OK at the end. But out of respect to her privacy, I definitely won’t comment further on any of her situation.”

Then, however, he does go on, saying: “This is something very personal that she’s dealing with and it’s kind of unfair that she has to deal with it so publicly.”

The actor beloved by millions as Fez—his geeky ’70s Show character—also reflects on turning the big 3-0.

“I’m all grown up. At some point I guess my body decided to become an adult. I don’t have the scrawny little ribs in the mirror and my arms grew a little bigger and I can grow facial hair now,” says Wilmer, whose new flick, The Dry Land, co-stars America Ferrera, Melissa Leo, Ryan O’Nan and Jason Ritter, and tells the story of an Iraqi War vet who returns to his small-town Texas life and tries to in vain to return to normal.

“My 30th birthday was the most intimate birthday party I’ve ever had.

“I rented this little salsa restaurant in Los Angeles and I invited really, seriously, only the people I truly loved and that had been part of my life specifically in the last 15 years here in America.

Ashton [Kutcher] came, Demi [Moore] came, Danny Masterson, Topher [Grace—everybody from That ‘70s Show.

“It was one of those things where I was very humbled to see everyone. We speak to each other all the time. I could never compare us to any other television series, but what I can tell you was that we were a part of an instant in television where it was traditional sitcom and we were probably the last ones to do that.”

Wilmer also discusses his recent entrée into Twitter—thanks to Ashton.

“He is the Bill Gates of Twitter. He taught me a bunch of stuff. In fact, he was the one who got me started. He just said, ‘It’s good for the fans, man!’ And he’s right.”

I think it was good that Lindsay had to go to jail. After all, she seems to behave law abiding after the time in jail. I haven´t even heard any kind of scandal about her anymore. I´m really surprised, but I think she does anything to never ever go to jail anymore!
