Lori Ness and her guest cohost, book blogger Michelle, talk to Dana Brunetti, executive producer of the new movie Captain Phillips and the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey.
The movie, out this month, stars Tom Hanks and is based on the 2009 seizure of an American ship by Somali pirates.
Also a producer of Netflix’s Emmy-winning original series House of Cards, Brunetti talks about his belief that Netflix’s move toward original content is helping to change the way that people consume television.
Brunetti also talks about some of his upcoming projects, including Fifty Shades of Grey and a film adaptation of the video game Gran Turismo and the appeal of adapting games for the screen.
