I’ve been working out with Denise Austin for over a decade. I appreciate how her morning exercise programs don’t require acrobatics or contortions and she speaks to her audience in terms we can relate too. Yeah, I’m a fan.

That’s why I’ll be listening in today at noon EST when Denise visits with Woman’s Day Health Director Amy Brightfield on the Healthy You show.  I look forward to hearing my fitness idol offer tips and suggestions that we can all incorporate into our current workouts.     Tennis is definitely good way to stay in shape. It really combines fast twitch and slow twitch muscle movements not to mention the cardio. The weather has been so nice here in Austin, TX for hitting the court.
