I wondered how long Keith Obermann could get away with his outspoken style, sometimes slanderous. Although I usually agreed with his stands, his methods of poking hostile critiques at his opponents were bound to finally get him fired. I am conflicted, however, because he is courageous, and stands up for very ethical issues, and is a real breath of fresh air at times. Too bad we have to lose him, especially when folks like Rush L get away with spewing vile partisan opinions all the time, often worse. Life is unfair. Good luck Keith

Just goes to show you that you can get away with anything as long as you have the right connections and enough money to back up what you're doing (be it right or wrong). In 1999, I was falsely accused of trademark infringement by the U.S. Department of Commerce for using the word "internic" in 6 of my domain names.

At the time, and still today, there were 6,000+ registrars and domain hosting and registration websites also using the word "internic." My company www.DomainAvenue.com was the only one targeted. All the other companies are still online using the word internic.

In my response to the DOC, I cited the reality that my company was built with sweat equity and my own investment (no loans - no debt) and I was basically being singled out on a practice (using the word internic) that was widespread and well accepted, while Monica Lewinsky was simultaneously being rewarded with the blessing of the Federal Government, with a million dollar book deal for servicing Bill Clinton on the Presidential Seal.

Long story short - my company is now happily thriving in Hong Kong, China. I have continued building Internet companies but I only build them for China. I don't build anything for the U.S. anymore.

The experience left me and Monica both with a bad taste in our mouths (for entirely different reasons of course).

This is ridiculous. I don’t think Tucker could possibly be a great deal of concern to someone with as big a platform as Keith Olberman of MSNBC.

Tucker, you are a puny man if you are behind such drivel.

Get on with your new wonderful crazy world with Fox News. What a joke.

Grow up, Tucker. When you point one finger, three are pointing back 2 U.
