Chynna Phillips Definitely Still Holding On

Do you remember Chynna Phillips, 1/3 of the pop group, Wilson Phillips and the child of musicians, John and Michelle Phillips of the famed The Mamas and The Papas?  Of course you do! Well she’s making a visit to Olivia Wilder Radio tomorrow to talk about what’s new in her life.

Chynna formed Wilson Phillips in the late 1980s with her childhood pals, Carnie and Wendy Wilson, who also just happen to be the daughters of Beach Boy, Brian Wilson.  The group went on to sell 10 million copies of their debut album, prompting Billboard to declare them the best selling female group of all time.  They were nominated for 5 Grammys, an American Music Award and won Billboard Music Awards for songs, “Hold On” and “Release Me,” both which were written by Chynna herself!

Of late, Chynna has been quite busy with her feature on the hit movie, Bridesmaids and appearances on the popular ABC show, Dancing With The Stars. This month, Wilson Phillips: Still Holding On, a reality show featuring Carnie, Wendy and Chynna, debuted on the TV Guide Channel.

Join Olivia Wilder tomorrow at 10PM EST as she talks with Chynna Phillips about all of the new and exciting projects she is working on.  Tune in here.

‘Green Hornet’ Star Seth Rogen and Teen Idol Cody Linley Today on BlogTalkRadio

seth-rogen3Seth Rogen: The superstar funnyman weighs in on slimming down for the title role in his big-screen remake of The Green Hornet, opening tomorrow. “There’s really nothing good about it, to be honest. I bought a bunch of clothes that I barely fit into anymore,” he tells Milling About host Robin Milling. “People ask me a lot about losing the weight—which sucks. I don’t recommend it for everyone. Stay fat, people. That’s my motto!”

james-frain5James Frain: The actor whose character on NBC’s The Cape is named Chess reveals ironic weakness. “I’m a terrible chess player!” he tells Film Festival Radio host Janice Malone. “I was wondering if they were going to have me play chess in the show, but it’s not very cinematic. I can do the first few moves in a chess game, but then I get very impatient… I think my character in the show is called Chess because he’s such a manipulative, strategic kind of guy. He moves people around like pieces on a chess board.”

cody-linleyCody Linley: The hottie who played Jake Ryan on Hannah Montana, while also competing on Season 8 of Dancing with the Stars, stops by TD Radio to fill us in on his latest musical project—a duet with pop singer Lana, titled Receipt.

hillary-smithHillary B. Smith: The actress who began her soap career on As the World Turns before going on to play Nora Hanen on One Life to Live drops in to chat with host Silas Kain about her newest role, as Ellie in the upcoming web series Fumbling thru the Pieces.

william-forsytheWilliam Forsythe: The star of the upcoming flick Dear Mr. Gacy—which tells the true story of a college student who met the serial killer on death row—recalls how how he shook off the disturbing role. “This was a journey from hell for me and I’ll never look back and have anything to do with John Wayne Gacy again because it’s over for me,” he tells Milling About host Robin Milling. “I literally just turned on the Beach Boys and went back to being a blonde. I tried to surf my way out of it in a way and go to a whole other place.”

colleen-zenkColleen Zenk: The actor who’s been playing fashionista-turned-criminal Barbara Ryan on the CBS daytime drame As the World Turns since 1978 drops in on BlazinRy to talk with host Ryan Holmes about the fast-growing online campaign to get her on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

allen-west3Allen West: Florida’s newly-elected U.S. Congressman tells AACONS host Marie Stroughter that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is guilty of espionage—and that we “should be censuring the American news agencies which enabled him to be able to do this and then also applauding him for the efforts.”

carla-colinsCarla Collins: The funnylady known as the Canadian Tina Fey—who began her career as an anchor on The Weather Network—drops in on Sin City Sessions host Marq with a Q to rave about her new book, Angels, Vampires & Dochebags, while filling us in on her reality show, Carlawood.
