With Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas and Hanukah up ahead, it’s been a lively week on BlogTalkRadio.  Here are just a few highlights from the week that was, and the weekend ahead:

Larry Thomas, better known to Seinfeld aficionados as “The Soup Nazi” was welcomed back to The Worst Show on the Web.  Will there be soup for you?

Dr. Blogstein welcomed Scott Bolzan, a former NFL player who suffered major head injury and has forgotten the first 46 years of his life.  Can you imagine?

123 Film Easy! brought on Richard Francis Bruce, Academy Award nominated film editor of modern classic, The Shawshank Redemption, to talk about his decorated career.

parisHeiress and businesswoman Paris Hilton made her long-awaited return to World Talk Live to talk about her new fragrance, Siren, and what other ventures she’s working on.

Friday, filmmaker and activist Robert Greenwald joins the crew of Wilshire and Washington to discuss Obama’s Afghanistan and his new film, Rethink Afghanistan. Then, tune in to a breakdown of the Tiger Woods drama with celeb journalist and FOX 411 entertainment contributor Kelly Will on The Alan Levy Show.

Sunday, legendary actress Leslie Caron joins Movie Geeks United to talk about her roles in An American in Paris and lesliecaronGigi, as detailed in her new memoir Thank Heaven.

Special Summer Programming This Week

Many of us are lucky enough to take some time off to enjoy the end of the summer.  Whether you’re vacationing somewhere tropical, or just taking a break in your own backyard, tune into the special programming we’ve chosen on BlogTalkRadio this week to relax and soak up the last rays of summer.

We get spooky on Friday with some of the haunting Paranormal shows on BTR.  Leave the nightlight on.

Saturday will feature the Best of Celebrity interviews and appearances.  We have great exclusive content, up close and personal with your favorite stars, from Gene Simmons of KISS to it-girl Kim Kardashian.

We’ll close up the weekend with a focus on Sports.  Vocal fans and aficionados take on the world of sports, from wrestling and MMA, to Fantasy Football, and everything in-between.
