"They were so in love," Elaine (above) tells us of Natasha and Liam.

Elaine Hendrix is a better person, to say nothing of actress, for having worked with Natasha Richardson.

In 1997, while shooting The Parent Trap, Elaine – who played the gold-digging publicist out to marry star Lindsay Lohan‘s divorced dad – recalls how enamored Natasha remained with hus- band Liam Neeson three years into the couple’s marriage.

“I can remember walking into the hair-and-makeup trailer and as I’m coming in, she’s hanging up the phone from talking with Liam. And she just swooned and said, ‘Oh, my Liam,’” Elaine tells Mr. Media host Bob Andelman.

“I just thought, What a beautiful thing that was to experience. It really has stuck with me.

“And I just thought, that’s such a cool thing to have said from Natasha Richardson.”

In a tragedy that shook the entertain- ment world, Natasha died last month after sustaining a head injury while taking a skiing lesson in Quebec, Canada.
