It’s a Good-‘n’-Evil Edition of ‘The Mix’

Whoever it was that said good and evil can’t share an apartment without driving each other craz… Oops!

That’s the voiceover to the opening of The Odd Couple – and it’s “two divorced men” the narrator’s talking about.

But you get the point: It’s quite possible for forces from both ends of the moral spectrum to co-exist on this week’s edition of the show that brings you the best moments from BlogTalkRadio’s unmatched mix of social-radio programming.

Cases in point:

-Peter “RoboCop” Weller reveals that his two inspirations for a certain big-screen role were the saintly Jacques Cousteau and bad-boy punk rocker Adam Ant.

-Vinnie Rock, frontman for the rap group Naughty By Nature, is anything but a bad boy when he offers such sound advice as “keep your keep a job” and “don’t put all your eggs in one basket.”

-Aussie hunk Ryan Kwanten, who plays the sex-crazed Jason Stackhouse on the hit HBO vampire series True Blood, tells of his real-life social life, “I don’t mind a good Scrabble game.”

-Angelic psychic John “Crossing Over” Edward says of the “bubble of protection” he recommends, “It’s almost like an energy condom. You can have the experience, but you’re not gonna pick up the bad stuff that you’re not gonna see.”

-Canine-breeding expert Michelle Chavez, host of Bully World Radio, informs us, “Do you know they have male dog condoms? And a female condom, too, for dogs!”

When host Melissa Lowrey asks what he’d be doing now if his acting career hadn’t panned out, Ryan replies:

“I’ve always been intrigued by human-resource management.”

And if you think that’s a snoozer, Ryan also tells Melissa, “I don’t mind a good Scrabble game.”

In all fairness, however, he later adds:
