Seth “Shifty” Binzer, the lead singer from Crazytown who wrote and sang the smash hits “Butterfly” and “Starry Eyed Surprise,” will join Jeremy Scott’s 168 Hours of TV today.

Shifty Shifty joins Jeremy Scott today at 6pm ET to give us the scoop on VH1’s new show, “Celebrity Rehab,” which premieres this Thursday.
