President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity discusses Black leadership

Host Anthony Reeves of In the Know on BlogTalkRadio, welcomes General President Darryl R. Matthews, Sr. of the national fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha onto his show to discuss the future of black Greek organizations in America.

This interview comes after several interviews with prominent members of Alpha Phi Alpha, the first intercollegiate fraternity organization established by African Americans. Anthony welcomes the President to engage the fraternity brothers in conversation before they convene for their 87th annual convention in Orlando.

According to the Alpha Phi Alpha newsletter, this interview on BlogTalkRadio “will provide an opportunity for Brother Matthews to discuss various issues which have been paramount for the Fraternity.”

The Fraternity has been very active in voter education, social justice, and community service. There are 58,000 active members of the Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. Reeves has chosen BlogTalkRadio as a tool to unite and engage the members of his organization, with great success.
