Denise Austin Makes Fitness Fun

Denise Austin

Denise Austin

I’ve been working out with Denise Austin for over a decade. I appreciate how her morning exercise programs don’t require acrobatics or contortions and she speaks to her audience in terms we can relate too. Yeah, I’m a fan.

That’s why I’ll be listening in today at noon EST when Denise visits with Woman’s Day Health Director Amy Brightfield on the Healthy You show.  I look forward to hearing my fitness idol offer tips and suggestions that we can all incorporate into our current workouts. Denise will also be offering advice on making fitness fun and how to start new exercise routines.

If you’re looking to start a new healthier lifestyle, or just learn some more tips for getting the most out of your workout, you won’t want to miss Denise Austin today  – and don’t forget – if you miss Denise live, listen in at your convenience. The segment is available on demand immediately following the broadcast.
