Gary Vaynerchuk

Good morning and happy Monday. Before I toss out today’s leads, I want to say how great it is talking with all of you on Twitter and Facebook. In addition to the BlogTalkRadio forum and Yahoo group, the social networks are a great way to meet our hosts and listeners and I’m enjoying getting to know you all. I’m especially enjoying your feedback and questions, so keep them coming. I also want to say I think it’s terrific to see the Blogtalkradio community interact with each other on Twitter. The sign of a great community is how supportive you are of each other, and the BlogTalkRadio peeps roll with the support in droves.  Please continue doing what you’re doing, because it works!

Now, enough of the chit chat….today’s highlights: (All times EST)

  • Gary Vaynerchuk is today’s guest on Two Chicks Creating, this morning at 11:00. Today’s topic is bringing social networking to brick and mortar businesses.
  • At noon Live Well Every Day features a discussion with Dr. Neica Goldbert, Cardiologist and spokesperson for the “Go Red for Women” campaign.

Silicon Alley Insider Announces Last Call for 'Top 100' Submissions

Silicon Alley Insider, the digital business webzine, is calling for votes and submissions for it’s annual Top 100 list. And guess who’s at the top of the list?

BlogTalkRadio CEO Alan Levy!

Alan’s mother is so proud that her son is currently ranked ahead of sunch luminaries as New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, media mogul Barry Diller and Wine Library TV host Gary Vaynerchuk.

BlogTalkRadio wishes to thank all who voted for Alan. We’re both honored and humbled by the response. It just goes to prove one should never underestimate the power of community, and ours is growing by leaps and bounds. We’d especially like to thank Roger from InformationArbitage.com for his kind words.

Since voting closes October 26, 2008 we hope you’ll take some time to vote for your favorite Silicon Alley leader.
