At 9 PM The Bottom Line Sports Show kicks it with WNBA star Cappie Pondexter, who snagged a gold medal at the 2008 Olympic Games. Plus: Chicago Bears wide receiver Devin Aromashodu, and Roman Oben of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers2002 Super Bowl champion team.

At 6 PM Women on the Move’s Leslie Harris gives it up for rapper Sean “The Pen” Garrett, who, in his 7-year stint as a producer, has turned out 15 No. 1 singles, while working with such A-listers as Justin Bieber, Rhianna and Jesse McCartney. Sean will fill us in on his new CD, Courtesy Of.

On Demand: T. Mills—whose new album, Ready, Fire, Aim, drops Sept. 28—is one cocky hip-hop artist. “I don’t mean to brag but I’m kind of ruling the Internet right now,” he tells our Artists on Demand hosts. Just type in T-M-I-L-L-S and my face will pop up.”
